Who We Are

BhagatTrade is the trading and supply arm of Bhagat Trade Ventures Pvt Ltd, based in Gurugram. For over 25 years, we have supplied infrastructure, safety and facility products to businesses across India. We are not a manufacturer, and we do not pretend to be one. We are traders. Our job is to find the right product at the right price, get it to your site on time, and stand behind it after delivery.

That focus has kept us useful to a wide range of buyers: real estate developers and builders, facility management companies, industrial plants, RWAs and housing societies, hospitals, and contractors. Our office sits on Golf Estate Road in Sector 64, Gurugram, opposite M3M Urbana, which keeps us close to our core market of Delhi NCR. From there we serve Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida and Faridabad, and deliver to the rest of India within about a week.

What We Do

BhagatTrade supplies products across infrastructure, safety and facility categories. Because we source from multiple suppliers rather than pushing one brand, our quotes are vendor-neutral and competitive. You tell us what you need. We compare options, quote clearly with GST invoicing, and deliver. We handle small top-up orders and large bulk requirements with the same attention.

Delivery timelines are straightforward: same-day delivery is possible in Delhi NCR for urgent requirements, 2 to 3 business days across North India, and about a week for the rest of the country. Where products need installation, we guide your team through it. And when something needs attention after delivery, you call the same person who took your order.

One thing we do not do: online payments. This website takes enquiries and RFQs, not orders. Every requirement gets a human response and a proper quote.

How We Work

Five steps, the same every time.

1. We understand your needs. Share your requirement list, quantities and timelines over phone, WhatsApp or email. Where it helps, we visit your site to see the ground reality before recommending anything.
2. We propose a solution and a clear quote. You get an itemised quote with GST invoicing, matched to your use and budget. No vague line items, no surprises at billing.
3. We source from multiple suppliers. We are not tied to any single brand or manufacturer. We compare suppliers on price, quality and availability, and pass the best deal to you.
4. We deliver, with installation guidance. Same-day delivery is possible in Delhi NCR for urgent needs, North India takes 2 to 3 business days, and pan-India takes about a week. Where installation matters, we guide your team through it.
5. We stay available for support and repeat supply. After-sales issues come back to the same contact who handled your order. Repeat orders get faster because we already know your sites and specifications.

Our Promise

Three things, plainly stated.

• Fair dealing. We quote what the product costs plus a fair margin. If a product or brand is not right for your use, we will say so, even if it means a smaller order.
• Competitive pricing. Multi-supplier sourcing means we are always comparing. Bulk buyers get bulk pricing, whether the order is for one site or ten.
• Accountability. One person owns your account from enquiry to after-sales. No call centres, no being passed between departments.
